Laura Mae
With over 20 years of experience as a Massage Therapist, I felt a strong calling to deepen my understanding of the body through movement. Pilates, my longtime favorite form of exercise, naturally became the next step in expanding my healing practice. Inspired by the exceptional instructors who guided me along the way, I pursued and completed a comprehensive 500-hour Pilates certification program.
Pilates has grown into one of my greatest passions—rivaled only by the fulfillment I’ve found in massage therapy. I love the balance it offers: shifting from a calm, therapeutic environment to an empowering, energetic space where I help others challenge themselves and discover their own strength and potential.
After several years working within a large Pilates franchise, I gained valuable insight into both the strengths and shortcomings of that model. Combined with the business acumen I developed from running my own massage practice and collaborating with other successful entrepreneurs, I knew it was time to create something that we all wish existed. Opening my own studio felt like a natural evolution—an opportunity to bring a more thoughtful, member-centered approach to the Pilates experience.
Toni
Meet Toni, a passionate Pilates instructor with a background in dance and group fitness. After completing her 500-hour Pilates certification, Toni is dedicated to helping clients improve their strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Her Pilates journey began after being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, and she found the practice to be transformative in managing her condition and maintaining an active lifestyle.
Toni recently retired from a successful corporate career, shifting her focus to her true passion for fitness and wellness. Her approach to teaching is both supportive and motivating, drawing on her extensive experience and personal journey to inspire others.
Outside of the studio, Toni enjoys spending quality time with her family and giving back to her community through volunteering. Her commitment to health and wellness, combined with her warm and encouraging nature, makes her a valued instructor.
Angie
With a passion for mindful movement, I like to bring a warm, encouraging approach to every class. Comprehensively trained on all equipment, I focus on the flow of movements to enable the super powers we all have within us. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced mover, I am committed to an inclusive environment where everyone can grow and prosper at their own pace. I found Pilates almost 8 years ago, after another round of physical therapy for injuries from over exercising. Since starting my Pilates journey, I have been able to live pain free and feel stronger than I ever have. That is why I became a teacher. I hope that after each class you attend, you feel accomplished, strong and ready to tackle whatever life throws at you! Outside of the pilates studio, I enjoy spending time with my husband, 2 daughters and 2 dogs; walking the river with my bestie; and listening to murder podcasts while laying at the pool.
Jess
Hi, I’m Jess! I have been in Pilates for over 3 years and started my Pilates Instructor career in June 2024.
What I love most is the mind and body connection, as Joseph Pilates once said “ change happens through movement, and movement heals”.
Outside of Pilates I love spending time volunteering with animals and traveling to new places!
Ella
Hi, I’m Ella! I am currently a senior in high school and I got into Pilates because I wanted a fun, active way to stay healthy outside of the gym. I love how rewarding Pilates is and how it helps me feel strong and balanced. I am excited to work at this studio to inspire others my age to give Pilates a try.
When I’m not doing Pilates, you can usually find me listening to music, hanging out with friends and family, or at the beach. After graduation, I plan to study hospitality management in college and hope to become an event planner one day.
