Powerhouse Pilates
 
All levels. A great place to begin or continue your pilates journey. The lesson will concentrate on traditional practices, form and breath work. Build your powerhouse, gain control. 50 min.
Flex Flow
 
All levels. Flow through athletic and traditional moves at a moderate pace. This class will provide modifications and progression options to fit your level. Learn control, introduce balance options, improve coordination, and increase strength. 50 min.
Pilates Intro 4 Men
All levels. This class will introduce Pilates with modification and progressions to support your fitness level. If you are involved in sports or fitness, Pilates will improve your performance, especially with golf. If you are looking to introduce movement back into your routine that’s lower impact, Pilates is for you too. If the demand for this class is successful, it will be offered on a regular basis. All classes are unisex, but this one is meant for men! 50 min.
Fit Flow
Intermediate level. Change the pace with a blend of Pilates and cardio. This class is a heart racing HIIT style flow. Modifications are minimal in this class. Not recommended for those with injuries or certain limitations. 50 min. 
Suspend Blend
Intermediate level. A class that concentrates on total body weight to create a challenge fit for you. There’s always a way to switch up your workout and move the body differently. Suspension training may have other apparatus and props added. 50 min.
Tower Power
Intermediate level. This class concentrates on the tower of the reformer, creating a flow workout mixed with classical moves and some contemporary. This class is a slower pace compared to the flow class. Experience a different way to properly master pilates, improve control and form. 50 min.
Flex Flow Plus
Advanced level. Flow through at a fast pace concentrating on dynamic pilates moves with an athletic style. In this class you are expected to know your own modifications and maintain control. This class concentrates on building a strong core, challenging balance and building strength. 50 min.
Powerhouse Plus
 
Advanced level. 
Go beyond the basics and integrate advanced Pilates principles. This lesson concentrates on control, form, core strength and breath work. Experience with Powerhouse Pilates and Flex Flow are required. 50 min.
